Andrea Licata's "Traviata" receives standing ovation

A superlative Nicole Car stars in Violetta at the Opera House in what has been described as one of the best Traviata ever stage in Sydney.

Sydney's Opera world is over the moon about the extraordaniry successful debut of Nicole Car as Violetta in Verdi's Traviata conducted by Andrea Licata who has recently received a Green Room Awards nomination as best conductor for the 2017 production of Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci in Melbourne. Andrea Licata talks about the current production of Traviata that will be performed at the SOH until 27 March.
