A Russian cafe "Manki Coffee" serves Russian pancakes, meat dumplings and cabbage rolls in Katoomba, Blue Mountains. One of the owners Egor Eremeev explained that "manki" means "semolina" in Russian and this name he brought from his home town Vladivostok together with the unique recipes and the nice pictures of Far Eastern region of Russia which decorate the cafe.
