Mexico's new president vows to tackle corruption, violence

Mexican voters have elected Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador as their next president, setting the stage for the most left-wing government in the country in decades. His promise to fight the so-called “mafia of power” has won him support among young voters and political outsiders, angry over endemic corruption and brutal violence in the country.
