We're kicking it old-school with Melissa Leong, talented food writer and beloved judge from #TheChefsLine. Weeknights at 6pm on SBS you can expect to find Melissa alongside her fellow judging panel of executive chefs Dan Hong and Mark Olive as they challenge passionate home cooks and professional restaurant chefs each night.

If you don’t know her name, that’s because this lady lives behind the pen. She contributes regularly to magazines, consults with food businesses, taking them from good to great and co-writes and edits cookbooks with Aussie chefs and The Great Australian Cookbook is one of them.
Produced and co-edited by Melissa Leong, this book asks 100 of Australia's finest chefs, cooks, bakers and food producers a simple question, "What is the food you make for people you love?" The result is The Great Australian Cookbook, 100 contributors, 165 recipes, 81 locations, 436 pages and an impressive lineup of Australia's culinary legends and renowned chefs.
