Say hello to 'Cloud Eggs'. That's right - your breakfast could look like the heavens are captured on your plate.
The dish is made by separating the egg yolk from the whites. The whites are then whisked until they're fluffy like meringue, then put on to a tray to bake, leaving a dip in the middle for the yolk.
It leaves the egg whites light and browned, so they look like clouds during a golden sunrise.
