Adam Liaw, author and TV presenter is joined each night by two food-loving friends for a half hour of good fun and conversation as they cook up a variety of dishes centred around a nightly theme. Whether it’s an ingredient, a style of cuisine or cultural inspiration, Adam whips up his dish first before his guests follow suit with easy to follow recipes and tips for viewers to follow at home in time for dinner.
There will be celebrities, culture, food, and lots of laughs in a series that will provide everyday inspiration for foodies and non-foodies alike.

This traditional Chinese claypot dish serves up a variety of cured meats with a homemade sweet soy sauce.
Being a fattier meat than chicken, duck sang choy bao is just that more delicious. With ginger, cloves and honey, it's slightly sweet and has plenty of umami.

Wok fried in a blend of sauces with oyster tomato, Worcestershire and soy all bringing their respective flavours to these easy prawns.

One of the most versatile foods in Hong Kong, this steamed dumpling recipe tastes just as great if you wish to use a different folding or cooking method to make pot stickers, wontons, shui jiao, and even gyoza.
These are classic wontons made with dried shrimp, prawn meat and pork shoulder, boiled and scattered with spring onion.

Labneh is a thick and tangy strained yoghurt, almost cream cheese-like. A staple in every Lebanese household, it is eaten like a spread or with Lebanese bread for dipping served with a side of olives, cucumber and tomatoes.
Start this dish with a little time to spare to allow the potatoes to chill before frying. You can even do it the day before.
