Reza Mahammad is such a likeable man - who wouldn't want to travel with him? This time he's on a culinary journey through sub-Saharan Africa, visiting Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa and Zanzibar. You can binge watch the entire season on SBS On Demand, or if you haven't discovered Reza before, here's the first episode:
It will come as no surprise to fans of Dr Michael Mosley: this is a show about health tests and as usual, Dr Mosley is putting his own body on the line. This time, he's checking to see if trying to catch the early signs of disease is worth it. He puts looks into, and submits to, a battery of tests, including a state-of-the-art heart CT scan aimed at detecting heart disease; a bowel scope; and genetic testing that promises to assess a person's risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
