Episode 10: Luke Nguyen's Vietnam

In this last episode of Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam, Luke immerses himself in Mai Chau, eating, drinking and dancing with the local Thai people.

Mai Chau is the last stop for Luke on his journey through the northern regions of Vietnam. Here, he prepares a young jackfruit salad, which he shares with a nearby family in their stilt house. In the searing heat, he cooks fish in bamboo in the spectacular village grounds and later roasts a suckling pig for a village feast. Here, Luke shares his stories, drinks cassava wine and is up on his feet dancing the traditional bamboo dance.
