He uses only the choicest quality meat and the most evocative spices, believing that 'to keep the full flavour of nature, you should not alter nature’s product itself". This is why, at Tasmanian Pure, no cheap ingredients are allowed to be included, such as cereals or premixes, fillers or unnecessary additives, no added gluten, giving the products a high meat content.
While the majority of the products are produced from local pork, there are also beef, game and poultry products available. The Tasmanian Pure range extends to categories such as deli cold cuts, smoked sausages ready to eat, smoked and dried sausages, like salamis, fresh sausages, hams and smoked meats, pates and terrines and baked meats. Tasmanian Pure is committed to customer satisfaction and the provision of products of an outstanding quality.
