Luke’s journey continues to the mysterious and serene Ninh Binh. Snail catching, duck calling and dog meat are all on the agenda in this beautiful country town. Luke explores the dancing caves, a large tourist spot for locals and international people alike. Luke cooks Mr Dung's favourite meal – pork neck and pineapple – and climbs 1,000 steps to prepare goat meat salad atop the tallest and most breathtaking mountain in Tam Coc.
