On the road to the capital, Luke tries a local delicacy of deep-fried tarantulas, discovering how the spiders are caught live with the local "spider whisperer". In Phnom Penh’s bustling marketplace, Luke cooks a street-food classic with the help of one of Cambodia’s most respected chefs. He then heads to the outskirts of the city, where he cooks a simple but tasty "morning glory" dish.
