Luke visits the town of Quy Nhon on the central coast of Vietnam and spends time at the NNC centre for disabled children. Luke supports this centre the best way he can, by teaching children life cooking skills. With help of these children, he prepares fish cakes. Luke also learns how to make fresh tofu from scratch in a family farmyard environment and prepares a vegetarian delight at an historical pagoda with the help of local monks.
