This week, Luke enjoys a weekend of food and sun in the seaside town of Kep, before heading across the border to Chau Doc in Vietnam. Starting beachside, Luke cooks a tasty barbecued squid, pork and snakebean dish, as local kids play in the nearby surf. He then heads out of Kep to some ancient caves to cook up a contemporary cola chicken dish, while an old priest named White Dragon shares the legend of the caves. Crossing the border into Chau Doc, Vietnam, Luke feels right at home cooking "mum", a classic Vietnamese terrine dish, with a local grandmother who shares her tips for how to make it authentic.
