Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, survives the Danakil Depression in Northern Ethiopia, one of the lowest, hottest and cruelest' places on earth with an average temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, to mine salt.

Episode 4: Nepal
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, journeys to the roof of the world, the Nepalese Himalayas, where he joins the Gurung honey hunters on a dangerous honey harvest, hanging precariously from rope ladders over sheer cliffs.
Episode 5: Bangladesh
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, travels the length of Bangladesh, one of the world's top fish producing nations, and discovers that the country's fishing industry is as diverse as it can be dangerous.
Episode 6: Mozambique
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, free-dives off the island of Vamizi, Mozambique, and pushes his body to the limit when he spear-fishes for dogtooth tuna in the shark infested waters of the St Lazarus Bank.

Episode 7: Peru
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, ventures into the isolated Amazonian jungle of Peru with the Huachipaeri and Matsiguenka tribes, where he samples termites, worms and a host of medicinal plants.
Episode 8: Mongolia
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, braves the frozen bleak wilderness of Western Mongolia when he joins the Kazakh eagle hunters on a quest for wild rabbit on horseback.

Episode 9: Sri Lanka
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, endures death-defying and claustrophobic conditions when he visits the coastal region of southwest Sri Lanka on the hunt for fresh tiger prawns and a naturally fermented palm wine.
Episode 10: Borneo
Kiran Jethwa, The Fearless Chef, visits the legendary headhunters of Borneo, the Iban people, to face a grueling hunt through thick jungle in search of wild boar, edible frogs and palm hearts.
