Meera Freeman is one of Australia’s top cooking teachers and food authors, who says her lifelong devotion to good food comes from her Jewish upbringing. She is the owner-operator of the Meera Freeman Cooking School and gives regular courses in North African, Italian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. Meera also takes gastronomic tours to Morocco and closer to home; the Vietnamese precinct in Melbourne.
