London has recently opened a new restaurant in its oh-so-trendy suburb of Soho. And it specialises in only one particular dish.
The humble potato crisp.
Named ‘Hipchips’, the new eatery offers a plethora of degustation options for what might seem like such a simple, uncomplicated snack.
The restaurant features a very cool crisps conveyor belt which delivers crisps made from a variety of potatoes, and even sweet as well as savoury crisps.
Apart from crisps, Hipchips sells nothing. Nothing.
Well, they do sell an assortment of dips to go with your chips and of course classic beverages like coffee and booze.
A small box of crisps with two dips will run you £4.50 (or AUD $7.60).
But of course, you’ll need to travel to the UK to taste these hipster chips in all their crispy glory, which could run you a bit more than that four-and-a-half quid.
