Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is bringing together some of the finest culinary minds in the world. Watch these kitchen masters prepare dazzling dishes and share insights, stories and tastings with you at a Langham Melbourne MasterClass.
Win a half-day, double pass to see award-winning chef Peter Kuruvita and cutting-edge dessert maestro Janice Wong up close in the kitchen, OR watch on as fourth-generation Parisian baker Éric Kayser and avant-garde experimentalist, Ryan Clift, run a MasterClass. Indulge your foodie dreams with an unforgettable demonstration from these masters of their craft.
One MasterClass will be held on Saturday March 7, the other Sunday March 8.
Please ensure you’re available to attend either day as tickets are allocated at random.
