I was invited into an incredible variety of homes, restaurants, families and circumstances, from the polished and wealthy to the ancient and rustic. Each had a story, a history; and the people I met were so proud of what they had, and so willing to share it with us to capture on film.
I feel honoured to have had the opportunity to share my Mexican Fiesta with you all, as well as some extra behind-the-scenes stories, facts and knowledge with those of you who are reading my blogs.
I believe we can learn something from everyone we meet, and everywhere we go. Mexico taught me about a beautiful culture with incredible food and a fascinating history.
