Pizza Hut run by cats makes triumphant return

Pizza Hut Japan has rebooted its campaign featuring a store (mis)managed by a team of cats.

After the hapless "staff" went viral three years ago, the company decided it was time for the felines to make a return, posting an updated advertisement to YouTube.

Unfortunately, as cute as the cats look, it doesn't appear as if they have improved their capacity to perform their job, as they earlier took out the rubbish at a snails pace, took a bite of the office desk plant and fell asleep on the job.

The original video introduced four cats, Tencho, Hime, Dora and Detch all trying to perform a number of tasks in the restaurant.

The latest video, titled '【Special Issue】 Pizza Cat! Store renewal opening !!' features a new cat Shinjin, back in working uniform complete with hat and bib, playing with a number of coupons in the Pizza Hut kitchens.
Time will tell if the cats are able to improve enough to become permanent members of the team.
