A semi circular tool used for hollowing out vegetables like zucchini.

Mortar and pestle

In Lebanon a mortar and pestle is known as a jorn and moddaqa, used to make kibbeh. Once essential, these are less widely used now that grinders and blenders are more widely used.

Coffee grinder

Spices are a big part of Lebanese cooking, so a coffee grinder can help grind spices after roasting as this helps maximize their volatile oils. Ideally have a grinder reserved just for spices.
