A rounded griddle that comes in a range of sizes and can be used to makeGözleme and other pastries. They come in smaller versions for the home kitchen, complete with gas attached.

Copper pans

Copper pots and pans are popular in Turkey as they are believed to create dishes with a superior taste, from very small ones used for melting butter to finish off a kebab to large deep copper pans for cooking pilaf, stews and braised dishes.

Coffee set
The famous thick, strong Turkish coffee is made by boiled finely powdered roast coffee beans in a pot known as a cezve and served in a cup where the dregs settle.

Tandoor oven

A tandoor is a Middle-Eastern clay oven used for baking breads and also used in the preparation of main dishes.
