Cooking maestro Heston Blumenthal creates his ultimate feast for Christmas using majestic dishes from history to create his menu. Heston is bored with the usual Christmas fare, so he's going to completely reinvent it, taking inspiration from the magnificent meals of Christmas past. The menu includes Ambergris, otherwise known as Sperm Whale vomit, one of the few ingredients that Heston has never cooked with; Dormouse lollipops, Christmas venison and a spectacular finale of an edible King Wenceslas wonderland.
