Whilst Dan Hong has worked in many kitchens around Australia he is currently the executive chef at Merivale's, Mr Wong, and Ms G's. These restaurants and his bold and exciting approach to his own food, have paved the way for this cookbook, Mr Hong. With over 100 hundred recipes, this book explores Chinese, Vietnamese and Mexican food, as well as fusions of the three.
