Bringing the best of Australian wine and food to The Rocks in Sydney, Vino Paradiso will be held from this Friday, November 6 to Sunday November 8. Over 150 exhibitors from over 32 wine regions, paired with wonderful food, live entertainment and harbour views.

To celebrate the event, we're giving away one double pass to the Sparkling Wines of Italy and Arancini Masterclass, 12pm Sunday 8 November at the festival in The Rocks. Event details here.

If you live in Sydney and would to attend, hop onto our Facebook page this Thursday (5 November) and name one Italian region known for producing sparkling wine. (Tip: read above!) Good luck!

What does the masterclass entail, you ask?

Make your own arancini balls as you sip on glasses of Italian sparkling! No doubt you've heard of Prosecco, but Italy is home to many more exciting sparkling wine styles. There is stunning sparkling cherry flavours of Brachetto d'Acqui, the sophisticated creamy mousse of Franciacorta, and the playfully light, bright sparkling from Lombardia. In this class you will explore and taste the regions, grape varieties and styles of Italy's sparkling wines, matched with your delicious arancini! Hosted by The Wog with the Grog.

Prize details:

1 x double pass: Sparkling Wines of Italy and Arancini Masterclass
