Ingredients
- 100 g (3½ oz) rolled or porridge oats
- 20 g (¾ oz) nut butter of your choice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or golden syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 70 g (2½ oz) apple purée
Instructions
- Preheat the airfryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture out in the air fryer pan or line the air fryer basket with baking paper and then spread the granola on top.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Allow the granola to cool before removing.
Note
- Add any of your favourite ingredients, such as dried fruits, cranberries, nuts or seeds.
- Apple purée is available in supermarkets or can be made by cooking down peeled apples until very soft and then puréeing with a stick blender.
