Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup crushed Weet-Bix
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1½ tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
- ½ tbsp finely chopped walnuts
- ½ tsp orange blossom water
To serve (optional... but highly encouraged):
- Crushed pistachios
- Crushed walnuts
- Extra drizzle of honey
- Orange or mandarin segments
Instructions
- Add the oats, crushed Weet-Bix, milk, honey, cinnamon, pistachios, walnuts and orange blossom water to a medium microwave-safe ramekin or mug. Stir well to combine.
- Microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
- Stir, then microwave for a further 30 seconds, or until thick and creamy.
- Let the oats stand for 30 seconds before topping with extra pistachios, walnuts, a drizzle of honey and fresh orange or mandarin segments, if using.

Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
