I like to eat this particular blue cheese, a Tasmanian King Island blue cheese with Tasmanian Leatherwood honey. This blue cheese has a slight saltiness and with the honey it is sweet but also, in particular the leatherwood honey is very fragrant. Look at this, it is a beautiful colour. I will just put a bit of this on the blue cheese. It is fantastic to serve this great leatherwood honey.
