Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 8 large pitted Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- mixed berries, to serve
Chilling time 1 hour
Instructions
1. In a food processor, pulse avocados, dates and cacao powder for 20 seconds or until just combined.
2. Add coconut cream and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and fluffy, adding more coconut cream if needed to bring the mixture together.
3. Divide among glasses and top with raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Chill for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
