The three piece shaker is a classic shaker. It is stainless steel and comprises of the main body and a removable top with strainer and cap. The strainer fits snugly into the steel section of the shaker.

Ingredients

30ml Hennessy VS

30ml Grand Marnier

45ml carrot juice

15ml orange juice

coriander leaf to garnish

Instructions

Shake all the ingredients, with ice, vigorously in shaker.

Using the strainer, pour into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a floated coriander leaf.

Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
