Ingredients
45ml gin
25ml Campari
3-4 chunks fresh cucumber
5ml sugar syrup
dash of elderflower cordial
slice of cucumber to garnish
Instructions
Muddle cucumber into a Boston Shaker. Muddle with elderflower cordial then add all other ingredients
Strain contents into a chilled martini glass (no ice).
Garnish with a floating cucumber.
