Ingredients
- 2½ cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 cups water, boiled
- 1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed and gently crushed with a rolling pin
- 1 tsp honey
Steeping time: 10 minutes
Instructions
1. In a teapot, combine honey, ginger, and lemongrass. Pour over boiled water.
2. Steep for 10 minutes, then pour tea through a strainer into cups.
