Ingredients
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 g dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Place the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal and shake until well blended.
Pour over your barbecued meat, chicken or vegetables, or over a salad.
