Ingredients
- 8 oysters
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp sweet vermouth
- 2–3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 100g shredded bacon
Instructions
- Place oysters on a griddle pan.
- In a small jug, mix tomato sauce, horseradish, sweet vermouth, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce until it comes together.
- Put ½ tsp sauce on each oyster. Top with bacon. Using a gas torch, heat until bacon cooks and is caramelised, while oyster underneath stays raw. Serve.
