Tokyo collins

A Boston Shaker is a two piece set, a glass and stainless steel tin that interlock to shake cocktails.

Ingredients

60ml honey/ginger sake

10ml kiwi liqueur

45ml lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

soda water

to garnish:

lemon wedge

ginger slices, speared

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients into the glass part of a Boston Shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously 4-5 times.

Strain all contents into an ice filled collins glass. Top with a splash of soda water.

Garnish the collins glass with a lemon wedge and speared ginger slices.

Cook’s Notes

Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
