Ingredients
- 1½ cups pink marshmallows, quartered
- 1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- ¾ cup chopped pink Turkish Delight
- 450 g white chocolate melts
- 80 g butter
Setting time: 2 hours
Instructions
- Line a 28 cm x 18 cm slice pan with baking paper or silicon liner.
- Combine one-third each of the marshmallows, nuts and Turkish Delight and set aside.
- Melt together the chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the remaining marshmallows, nuts and Turkish Delight. Spoon mixture into the lined slice pan. Gently press the reserved marshmallow mix into the top of the slice.
- Allow to firm, then cut into squares and store in an airtight container until required.
Cook's Notes
Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
