Ingredients
- ¼ cup sea salt flakes
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp curry powder
- Oven-baked or air-fryer cooked fries, to serve
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the salt, stock powder and ground spices together and mix well to combine. Serve with fries and store any leftovers in an airtight container.
Note
Adam Liaw says his children call this 'smoked salt' because it's stored in a re-used jar with a smoked salt label. They like it on Brussels sprouts. He also uses it on fries, roast chicken and other dishes to give a delicious boost of flavour.
