Ingredients
- 150 g ice cubes
- 15 g instant coffee
- 85 g white sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) cold water
- Cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Place ice, sugar, coffee and water in a food processor, blend until creamy. Add a little more water if required to reach a creamy consistency.
- Divide between glasses and dust with cocoa powder (if using).
