Canberra sidles into pre-election mode

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is preparing to face his first federal election as leader once the campaign for 2016 is called. He remains ahead in published opinion polls but the Labor Opposition believes the recent reshuffle and delayed tax debate proves the Government is beatable in the 2016 poll - but not all on the Labor side agree.
