Former prime minister John Howard has called for unity as Malcolm Turnbull brushes aside critics ahead of his expected 30th consecutive Newspoll loss. That number is significant because it was after a series of 30 poll losses that Malcolm Turnbull ousted then-prime minister Tony Abbott nearly three years ago.
