Duterte at 'point of no return’ in US relations

The Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte says he's at the "point of no return" in relations with former colonial ruler, the United States. Instead, Mr Duterte wants to strengthen ties with China and Russia, and he's threatened the future of joint U-S-Philippines war games. The controversial leader says he will visit Moscow and Beijing this year to chart an independent foreign policy and "open alliances" with the two powers.
