Prime Minister Scott Morrison and opposition leader Bill Shorten have taken another brief pause in their election campaigns for Easter. Week one of the federal election campaign saw both major parties commence heavy campaigning across the country, with tax cuts, funding boosts for health and climate change costs first on the agenda.
