European leaders are pressuring Russian President Vladimir Putin to stick to a ceasefire in Syria. It's part of a collective bid to settle the conflict that's left 250 thousand people dead. The U-N says plans are set for talks to resume with the Syrian government and opposition parties next Wednesday.
