British prime minister Theresa May has used a meeting of European ministers to build support for her condemnation of Russia, which she blames for a recent assassination attempt. In Russia, meanwhile, officials have blasted comments by Britain's foreign secretary over the incident as "insulting." It comes as authorities say the victims of the attack may never recover from their injuries.
