Turkey has renewed its call for the United States to extradite the man it says was behind last month's failed military coup. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is also now accusing followers of Fethullah Gulen of involvement in a series of deadly attacks in Turkey's southeast that his Prime Minister has blamed on Kurdish fighters.
