Hassan Khalif Shire Ali identified as Bourke St attacker

Federal and Victoria security agencies have mounted a terrorism investigation as IS claimed responsibility for the attack - for which they provided no evidence. Police say Hassan Khalif Shire Ali had been planning to cause an explosion when he set a car alight in Melbourne.
