Merkel says refugee policy not to blame for recent attacks

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has defended her country's refugee policy following a wave of violence. Ms Merkel says she feels no guilt over the recent violent attacks in Germany, and was right to allow hundreds of thousands of migrants and refugees into the country.
