PM says 'heads will roll' over census website failure

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says he's angry that systems were not in place to prevent the closure of the Bureau of Statistics census website on Tuesday night. The website has been restored and Mr Turnbull says there will be serious consequences for the failure. The census is back online after being taken down for more than 40 hours after a series of denial-of-service attacks and a computer hardware failure.
