Saudi Arabia's King Salman has appointed his son, Mohammed bin Salman, as crown prince, placing him firmly as first-in-line to the throne. It had been widely expected but the timing has surprised many. The move was supported by 31 out of 34 senior royal members.There are questions over the 31 year-old's lack of experience and, as some suggest, impulsiveness
