Some agreement, some lacking after COAG meeting

The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) meeting in Canberra has produced consensus on some issues but left political leaders deeply divided on others. Health, Indigenous affairs, a national redress scheme for victims of institutional child sex abuse and bullying were among the key issues discussed.
