Sweltering 2016 to be hottest on record, UN says

This year is set to be the hottest since records began in the 19th century according to the United Nations' World Meteorological Organisation. It says 16 of the 17 hottest years recorded have been in this century. But another report has showed carbon emission are levelling off.
